Who am I?

I am a personal development trainer, sociologist, coach, and systemic therapist.

For over 18 years, I have conducted sessions with individuals and provided training for
companies in Poland and abroad.

I support and inspire people to discover their resources and talents, so they can feel their
courage, self-confidence, and intuition.

I offer psychological support and training in the field of mental health, building healthy teams and organizations, and restoring the eternal balance between work and rest.

I teach how to manage your energy and your team’s energy, how to deal with manipulation,
creatively resolve conflicts, and draw energy for life. I help replace old, negative habits with
new ones, enabling effective implementation of your intentions.

I educate organizations from a systemic perspective, considering the entire system, not just individual elements.

I provide advice on how the optimal arrangement of elements can support organizational order, where there is greater flow, understanding, and application of the company’s core values.

My story and
my Jaguar's Path...

I have traveled a long journey to acquire this knowledge; I have a traveler’s mind and I love
traveling—both within myself and within another human being.

I hold a degree in Social Sciences from the University of Wrocław and have completed
postgraduate studies in HR and an MBA. Over the past 20 years, I’ve engaged in numerous
personal development courses, encompassing the academic, business, spiritual, tantric, and shamanic aspects.

I have learned and continuously learn about systemic constellations in the realms of families and organizations (Silent Constellation School by Gerhard Walper, Wolfgang Deusser, Heiko Hinrichs, John Whittington), psychosocial competencies, psychodrama, improvisational
theater, bodywork, intuition, and the integration of body, mind, and spirit.
By nature, I am an entrepreneurial woman, a Taurus by the zodiac, with a strong penchant for blazing new trails. I founded my first training company in 2006 and the second in 2017.

I enjoy exploring and draw on the wisdom of ancient cultures and spiritual traditions that
teach how to live in harmony with oneself and the world. When you feel like a part of a larger
community—human, earthly, and cosmic—you want to act for the common good.
My inspiration comes from the mythological Mayan goddess, Ixchel.

She helped guide people through darkness, disconnecting them from negative influences—anything that sapped their life energy and will to live (such as negative habits, addictions, thoughts, but also toxic places and people who mistreated them). She inspired people to set their boundaries and respect themselves.

Inspired by this tradition, I encourage you to embark on your own path. I’ve named it the
Jaguar’s Path. Depending on what you need, you’ll gain the knowledge, skills, and tools to
awaken your strength. Strength means something different to everyone.

You can choose and acquire what’s most valuable to you: taking care of your health,
developing emotional and social intelligence, fully utilizing your talents, boldly expressing
yourself in the world, skillfully resolving conflicts, or supplementing linear thinking with a systemic perspective.
