BEFORE YOU ATTEND

Prior to the training you will be asked to complete the Clifton StrengthsFinder 2.0 questionnaire, a tool designed to identify natural preferences and strengths. A week before the training you will be given an access code to the top 5 Talents with a short guide how to fill in the questionnaire. In return you will be granted an individualized 20-page report with the Action Plan.
